The other day I visited the site again after several years. As the buildings are now listed, demolition is difficult. However, the preparations for this have already been made. However, the demolition has been stopped for several years. The buildings themselves are in good condition. However, it is easy to see that the location of the shop ensures that many young people spend their time here.

After sneaking through one of the many holes in the fence, we met the first young people. In addition to this aspect, many walls have fallen victim to graffiti. The equipment and machines have also all been removed, which is why the halls are almost all empty.

Nevertheless, the premises are in good condition. Here and there you can also find little secrets.

Letztens besuchte ich das Gelände erneut nach einigen Jahren. Da die Gebäude nun unter Denkmalschutz stehen, ist ein Abriss schwierig. Die Vorbereitungen hierfür wurden allerdings bereits getroffen. Der Abriss wurde allerdings schon seit einigen Jahren gestoppt. Die Gebäude an sich befinden sich in einem Guten Zustand. Jedoch lässt sich schnell erkennen, dass die Lage des Geländes dafür sorgt, das auch viele Jugendliche hier ihre Zeit verbringen.

Nachdem wir uns durch eins der Zahlreichen Löcher im Zaun geschlichen hatten, begegneten wir auch bereits den ersten Jugendlichen. Über diesen Aspekt hinaus sind Viele Wände Graffitis zum Opfer gefallen. Die Gerätschaften und Maschinen wurden ebenfalls alle entfernt, weswegen die Hallen fast alle leer stehen .

Dennoch ist das Gelände in einem guten Zustand. Hier und da lassen sich auch kleine Geheimnisse finden.

Ik vond dit een erg leuke fabriek. Toegang via de achterkant. Voorkant zijn allemaal woningen. Meerdere hallen. Erg mooie foto's kunnen maken. Rijke geschiedenis van de fabriek.
