Habe diesen Ort seit ca. einem Jahr,leider haben wir es nicht geschafft wegen Corona eher dort hinzufahren. Gestern waren wir dort und was soll ich sagen wir waren: (fassungslos,traurig,wütend) zugleich. Vandalismus pur. WARUM? Das werden wir wohl nie verstehen,warum Menschen sowas tun.Einige Monate zuvor (ca. 4 Monate) waren bekannte dort da sah es noch nicht so schlimm aus wie jetzt.Und leider gibt es immer wieder solche Orte die dem Vandalismus zum Opfer fallen. Was einfach nur traurig ist.

I thought I wanted to know the condition of 'Club Madame' after the place showing up on YouTube in January 2020. As expected, the place is entirely trashed now, on the edge of unrecognizable.
From a photographic point of view, nothing interesting is left, all mirrors are trashed, and for some reason someone found it a great idea to drag all mattresses all over the place. Even fixed constructions like handrails on all stairs are completely demolished.
Not an interesting Urbex place anymore...
I'm just adding some images to document the dire state the place is in...

La visite de cet ancien salon de prostitution évoque inmanquablement la figure du tristement célèbre Dodo la Saumure, bien connu du milieu du proxénétisme dans les années 2000… La législation française étant trop répressive à son goût à l’encontre des bordels, le maquereau décide de s’installer en Belgique où la loi est bien plus tolérante. Il y gèrera jusqu’à seize établissements de prostitution dont le Club Madame.
En 2011, il est condamné pour faits de tenue de maisons de débauche ou de prostitution et de proxénétisme, entre 2000 et 2009. Le tribunal ordonne également la confiscation des revenus tirés de ces activités , soit 2,77 millions d'euros. En janvier 2015, il est inculpé dans le cadre de l'affaire du Carlton de Lille pour proxénétisme aggravé en bande organisée , tout comme Dominique Strauss-Kahn et sept autres personnes, pour son rôle dans l'organisation de parties fines. L'inculpation porte sur la « participation dans l'exportation, depuis la Belgique, de jeunes femmes qui se sont prostituées en France dans la région lilloise, mais aussi à Paris, à New York, etc. La justice prononce sa relaxe dans cette affaire. Il est enfin condamné en 2019 à 30 mois de prison, dont 15 fermes, pour appartenance à une organisation criminelle, exploitation de maisons closes et traite d'êtres humains avec violence, intimidation, menaces et corruption….
Au cours de son procès, une prostituée témoignera des conditions de travail dans ce bar de prostitution : « Le Club Madame tourne 24 heures sur 24, sept jours sur sept. La plupart des filles sont des cas difficiles, obligées de se prostituer pour l’argent. Il y a pas mal de Françaises, qui continuent à toucher les Assedic. Les filles dorment sur place, à douze ou treize dans un dortoir de trois mètres sur cinq. Moi je préférais une cave, avec mon sac de couchage, pour être isolée. Il y a beaucoup d’alcool. Quand un client sonne, même à quatre heures du matin, on nous expose comme de la viande. Il faut être prête pour monter au salon.»
Des détails sordides qui ne font qu’ajouter au caractère glauque de cette visite...

this place was incredibly easy to find, as you can just search it with Google. For this, it is still in remarkable shape. As could the visitors back in the day, we could just sneak in, as the parking and the entrance are surrounded with hedges. The back door was open, we just walked in. Inside it was pretty sleazy, your typical whorehouse, glamour in the common rooms and practicality in the "chambers".
All in all the place didn't give me the feeling I hoped for, it was just nasty and the smell of you know what hung in the air.

This is an abandoned brothel. Quite a nice experience to be able to explore that once. There are still all kinds of things left behind such as lingerie, lubricant, condoms.... Also many flowers and empty champagne bottles fill the interior.
Here on the spot we found bills up to the year 2019. So this location has not been abandoned for a long time. Nevertheless, there is already a fair amount of trash.
Our visit went smoothly but be sure to be careful! We found indications that the police are keeping an eye on it and it is located along a busy road!

Confession: this was the first time I went to a brothel but I guess I’m still a good husband and son because I guess the place is abandoned at least 1 year. I had this location on my map since months but I always skipped it because I had prejudice on it. Last week I was in the neighbourhood to visit a factory and I finally decided to give it a try. Completely unexpected it turned out very well. I was very inspired from the moment I entered the (back)door. The club was registered as a massage parlor that offers ‘spectacle’ and erotic shows. The owner is/was a well known pimp and stood accused of multiple causes like human trafficking and undeclared work. The rumour goes he is still in prison for that. Confession 2: I tried my best but I could only find one sngle unbroken champagne glass in the entire building, I took it with me in all the rooms to ‘pump’ my pictures. I guess I got away with. Unless the broken glasses the bordello is still very intact, I used flash lightning to brighten my pictures here but as you see it doesn’t bother. Confession 3: I told my husband and my father I went to a brothel and I got away with it! Maybe you’ll walk my path, go give it a try, Club Madame is open for business!

Een locatie waarvan ik vermoed dat het al enkele jaren leegstaat. De eigenaar is paar jaar geleden veroordeeld voor mensenhandel, sindsdien veronderstel ik dat het leegstaat. De eigenaar was in de jaren 2000 wel enorm gekend in de wereld van de pooiers.
De toegang tot deze locatie is best makkelijk, ik ging zelf via een balkon naar binnen. Toen bleek dat er een deur openstond. Dit maakt het natuurlijk wat gemakkelijker.
Deze locatie is gevonden door vandalen, wat het moeilijk maakt om door de rommel de schoonte te zien. De vloer ligt volledig vol met glas, alles is overhoop gegooid.
Club Madame had voor mij echt een vreemde vibe, ik wil niet weten hoe het er effectief aan toe ging. Ook vond ik dat er veel ranzige attributen aanwezig waren.
