Dieses Gebäude war früher das Gästehaus des Ministerrates der DDR. Erbaut 1952, verbrachten hier viele große Persönlichkeiten (u. A. Kim Il-sung, Lotte Ulbricht und Horst Sindermann) aus Politik, Kunst und Kultur ihre Urlaubstage auf Einladung der DDR-Regierung.

Heute steht das Anwesen leer und verfällt leider mehr und mehr.
