I visited this place last winter. It´s only one building and unfortunately, it is very destroyed which is the reason why I decided not to enter the third floor. Still, I had fun and the access was pretty easy so it made for quick exploration. There were some hiking tracks running along close the building which ups the risk of being seen by random people walking their dog or something. The advantage of that is that there is a very good restaurant nearby.
