Located in the city of Joliet, the Hiram Scutt mansion used to provide shelter for multiple women's schools in the area. Throughout its history, many women mysteriously died or were murdered on the site and the house continued to shift ownership. More recently, the house was used as a banquet hall until it was repurchased and is currently undergoing maintenance.
