The neighbour was already at the open window so park a few meters away and approach from the bridge.
Be aware of the pointy parts of the fence you go trough, they can leave a nasty hole in your head!
Once inside the building you are quite save.
The building itself is empty.
There is not (yet)a lot to see except for a few scaf oner art works.
