Diese Villa mitten in der Stadt hat ihren eigenen Charme. Leider ist sie akut vom Abriss bedroht und der halbe Dachstuhl ist auch bereits (vermute durch ein Feuer) abgebrannt.
In das Gebäude kam man leicht hinein, ein paar Einrichtungsstücke wie bspw. Möbel oder Küche sind noch dort.
Alles in einem eine kleine aber iwie trotzdem interessante Location.
