Adria Palace was built in 1902 in the heart of Budapest for the Adria shipping company. After the big war, Hungary no longer had access to the Adriatic Sea, and the company eventually closed down. The building was used as many things after that: banks, companies, restaurants, hospitals were inside of it. Also, some movie scenes were filmed here (Bladerunner 2049, Red Sparrow, etc.)

Now the palace is abandoned, but it's still breathtaking. No traces of vandalism, no graffities, no junk. Just the faded beauty of this grandious building. It's renovation has just started, it will probably be a hotel in the future.

The building is very easy to find, but not as easy to get in. If you're lucky, the gate is open, but it's often closed. Chances of getting caught is also high.

However, the condition of the place is good, so it's safe to explore the building.

(I took the pictures with phone, and it was getting dark, so that's why they're not the best quality.)
