For out first urbex roadtrip of 2022 we were looking for some amazing & easy accessible locations.
Very glad to find this old concrete Factory near a river in Belgium.
This building was very easy to enter but unfortunately the squatters and vandalists of the city made the same conclusion.
The ladders on the silos were still intact but you should really watch your step on the inferior silo roofs.
The old mine shafts were due to safety reasons completely covered but with a bit of imagination you could visualise how the site looked in the past.
Small site, but very easy to start your urbex addiction!

Cool abandoned industrial building. There is a room with leaking oil tanks so its better to not smoke there. Also the stairs are dented so take care when walking up/down.
You can also walk around a bit behind the building. I also heard you can see/enter the old mine shafts, sadly i havent found those on my visit
