Revisite gedaan.

People who frequently read my reports know I got a thing for decay.
Please give me my collapsing ceiling and my mold flowers,
my raindrops in my neck while I’m shooting a stichting machineI pray for plants growing in kitchen sinks.
I sell a kidney for a piano filled with autumn leaves.
Holes in roofs are made to let rays of sunlight in, windows are useless in urbex locations.
I can go on for a while but today I need to write about a decayed house in a small village in the south of Belgium.
It’s one of those classic locations that seem to last until eternity.
I knew from before what to expect.
I made my entrance through a window on the side and had to wade between piles of work gear, bags of cement and toys.
The main attraction of the house is the charming living room where time stood still and everything looks authentic.
The eye catcher is the grand piano in a corner, they must have built the house around it back in the days.
The late owner was a teacher, in his free time an artist who played the piano and also a hunter, some of his trophees are hanging on the wall in this room.
The staircase leads us to the bedroom aerea, two of them are still very photogenic.
Take care where you place your feet because the furniture is sinking away in the rotten wooden floor.
This house fulfilled all my expectations I have about an urbex location.
If you are in the neighbourhood, go give it a try.
Not in the least if you are one of those people who got a thing for decay, just like me.
