The “Oculos torre” is part of an establishment for the production of alcohol from sugar cane.
Converted several times to adapt to market needs, it was closed shortly after 2000. in the last two years metal silos (structures more than 10 meters high) have started to be dismantled, but the concrete structures still resist.
You can take nice pictures (there is also an abandoned railway next to the factory) and you are totally immersed in the Urbex. I recommend going there on the weekend (as the demolition workers aren’t inside) and with sunlight, don’t go at night or at sunset as it’s often used as a shelter for homeless and stragglers.
