Fermé depuis 1997, l'ancien hôpital a depuis été la cible de nombreux pillages, malgré l'interdiction d'accès et un gardiennage sept jours sur sept. Propriétaire des lieux, l'AP-HP est aujourd'hui déterminée à céder le site.

Un magnifique endroit pour se sentir déconnecté de la société et explorer ces batiments centenaires ! J'aime m'aventurer dans ces derniers pour voir l'architecture des deux sanatorium qui sont tellement différents par rapport à la différence d'années de construction ! Mais à faire attention à certaines endroits qui sont dangereux.
A wonderful place to feel disconnected from society and explore these centuries-old buildings! I like to venture into these to see the architecture of the two sanatoriums which are so different compared to the difference in years of construction! But be careful with some places that are dangerous.

This is a pretty big place. It is a big campus area with a couple of different buildings.
However the place is highly secured. When we went there we ran into security after an hour or so into our exploration. They kindly escorted us out and directed us to another urbex spot on the campus ground that was legal to visit.
On the campus ground there is a school you can visit.
