Semplicemente fantastico, lo stanzone dei guardiani toglie il fiato.
16 statue, grandi piu di una pesona incorniciano il piano superiore. Mi viene da pensare si tratti di divinita greche. Davanti al portone principale, la coproprietaria ha inchiodato un cartello pregando di non entrare a causa dell'instabilità dell'edificio

Questa affascinante villa fu costruita nei primi anni del settecento per ordine di un noto marchese della zona che però non ne vide mai la completa realizzazione.
Quando anche il figlio morì la proprietà passò alla moglie che decise di costruire il famoso salone con al suo interno 16 statue, ciascuna recante le insegne di un'arte o una professione.
This charming villa was built in the early eighteenth century by order of a famous marquis of the area but never saw the complete realization.
When the son died, the property passed to his wife who decided to build the famous hall with 16 statues inside, each bearing the insignia of an 'art or a profession.
