Era um sanatório para crianças, ainda tinha desenhos e bonecos quando entramos lá. Os corredores da parte de trás estão muito degradados e a torre já não tem piso, a cozinha no piso inferior e a entrada com as escadarias são os melhores sítios para fotos no local.
