Einst bestimmt ein schönes Haus/Praxis nur jetzt eher ein trauriges etwas. Ob es sich lohnt liegt eher im Auge es Betrachters. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen für urbexer die schon verwöhnt sind.

No idea why this one is called Villa Rummikub, I would rather call it Villa Vacuum Cleaner. I thought it was a nice house between the bushes. It is disappointing that people move and demolish things. but definitely nice to see some old things again.

Villa aan een drukke baan. Moet ooit een heel mooi huis geweest zijn. Helaas veel vandalisme en vuil. En is het gebouw in heel slechte conditie zeker de boven verdieping!.”Maar heb toch een paar mooie foto’s kunnen nemen van de decay en meubels die er nog stonden.

We found the coordinates of this place by accident on the internet, so when we were on the road to see another location, we paid this once beautiful house a quick visit.

The place is mostly empty except for some old sofas and three vacuum cleaners that looked like some urbexer brought them there to practice...

you can just walk in from two sides, the house itself is sheltered by trees, so if you are not seen entering the premises, you are good to go.

Not much to see or tell, watch out for the dead rat when you go ;)
