entering was quite easy the downstairs part still looks good not really vandalism and you can shoot very nice pictures but when you go upstairs you see that a part looks very bad (nice for a photo) the water leak ensured that that part is very dangerous to walk in the corridor there is a table with chairs that are completely overgrown which is also really beautiful and upstairs you will find really nice places for a photo you can see that it used to be really no expensive hotel but definitely a must to do! also especially if you know that there is another beautiful hotel in the area PLEASE NOTE THE BUGDET HOTEL IS NOW DELETED!!

Een prachtig verlaten Duits hotel. Een kant van het hotel is nog goed begaanbaar. Waterschade zorgt voor een flink schimmelprobleem aan de andere zijde van het hotel.

Dutzende Pensionen und kleine Hotels, wie das Budget Hotel, welches 1960 erbaut wurde, reihen sich hier um mehrere Kurkliniken, des seit Jahrhunderten bekannten Kurorts. Daneben gibt es noch weitere Hotels die ebenfalls verlassen sind. Im Laufe der Jahre wurden größere und modernere Hotels gebaut. 2010 war es dann soweit und das Budget Hotel musste schließen.
Das Budget Hotel ist farblich ein besonderes Highlight.
Der natürliche Verfall ist bemerkenswert. Durch einen Wasserschaden am Dach ist die eine Hälfte des Hotels vollkommen vergammelt, während es in der anderen eigentlich noch ganz gut aussieht. Schimmel in allen Räumen, auf jeder Etage, das Gebäude ist beherrscht vom Schimmel. Ohne Atemmaske nicht zu betreten.
Mittlerweile ist die Location sehr bekannt geworden. Die vielen Besucher haben einiges umdekoriert und geklaut, weswegen leider viel Charme verloren gegangen ist.

Have been here once before and then it was a really beautiful location.
Bud last time everything was destroyed.
I don't understand why people do this?
But still we were able to take some nice pictures

Dieses Hotel ist ganz klar etwas für die Freunde des ungepflegten Flachdachs:). Die Feuchtigkeit in den oberen Stockwerken ist enorm. Obwohl es längere Zeit nicht regnete, war fast der gesamte Putz aller Wände durch die dauerhafte Nässe verschimmelt oder bereits abgefallen. Moosteppiche in allen Zimmern, viele Motive. Mich störte der Schimmelgeruch nicht so sehr wie es meine Mitbeobachter empfanden.
Von diesem brutalen Verfall war jedoch in den Zimmern entgegen der Wetterseite nichts zu bemerken. Hier rollten sich noch nicht einmal die Tapeten von den Wänden. Am besten war immer noch der Flur der Schimmeletage. Hier hatten sich bereits Farne angesiedelt und gediehen prächtig.
Eine tolle Erkundung, es gab viel zu sehen.
