unfortunately this chateau is now completely trashed , it's now used by airsofters
the terrain is in private hands and a large group of airsofters were leaving the terrain when I went in
the chateau is in very bad condition and it did not seem safe to visit the upper floor
Strangely enough the little chapel in the park was in perfect ondition and is still used

This was my first urbex, it was really easy to find the place and to enter.
They were caméras around (we didn't got in any troubles but i think one was working).
You can enter by one window on the back.

Beware of the flooring, didn't seems super strong everywhere.

The place seems to be used for paintballs and airsoft.

This castle was on our bucket list for a while. Yesterday we decided to take a look.

From the outside it's a beautiful red colored castle and you would expected a lot from the inside. But once inside it looks like some tornado did a very good job.
There where holes in the ceiling, the stairs and the walls. Upstairs we had to be very careful and watch every step we took. Some rooms we couldn't reach because it was to dangerous.

There's a little chapel in the woods and next to the castle there's an other building, which is now used as an airsoft location. It's not very interesting but it's a little bonus you can do when you already there.

While our visit we only saw one family walking there dog but beside that, we saw nobody else.

Built in a Renaissance style in 1889, this castle originally had 12 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2,400 square meters of living space. It has been abandoned since 2006. Airsoft players have made it their playground ever since. Magnificent building, unfortunately very damaged inside. The entrances were recently walled up, so I was able to explore it just in time before it happened. The most beautiful aspects of the place remain its beautiful red facade and the staircase in the entrance hall.

Access update since 2020: very hard

Lieu bien decay malheureusement.
