To all speed urbexers, never judge a location at first sight, sometimes you miss out hidden beauty.
A good example is this little abandoned school, the ground level is trashed and almost empty.
Jump in the car, up to the next... not!
At the first floor you can find a few intact tiny classrooms, painted in (let’s not discuss colour here) a kind of green some may cal turquoise.
Apparently also the explorer who invented the name of this location.
Deserted schools are not that very rare in urbex land but schools with treasures in the attic definitely are.
This must have been a school of art because one part of the upper floor is stuffed with painter equipment.
The other room up there houses works of art, made of paper and paint, by the long gone students.
Naive states of horses, creepy dolls and instruments were thrown all over the floor.
I always take my time on a location because quality comes before quantity to me.
I was inspired by this childish creative environment so I did what it took to make these pictures.
I do no longer argue about staging so I prefer to discuss colour after all.
This ain’t no turquoise, it’s GREEN!
