The now demolished Swingers Tiki Palace in Chattanooga, Tennessee was designed with a tropical look in mind and featured a playboy bunny shaped pool. The owner was a prominent strip club owner and the design was a personal dream of his. The home took 10 months to complete and upon completion nearly 10,000 people visited the home's open house. The 5,600 square foot house had 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The owner, Billy Hull was found guilty of murder for hire in 1973. In the following years Billy Hull was also found guilty of a slieu of other charges. The home was demolished in September of 2017.
