So.. my first Urbex adventure. The reason I am writing this in English is so that every one can read it and maybe visit this location. After searching for a proper location for over a week I stumbled on this burned villa.
History wise I don’t know much about the place; all I know is that the roof burned off in 2011. Nobody got injured because no one lived in the house at the time. The house got a late 80’s early 90’s vibe to it with beautiful roman styled pillars. The garage section is beautiful to make pictures and has a lot of potation.
After all this was a very nice find for my first adventure. The place is very easy to find and enter, the only down side is that it is located at a very busy street, so be careful when you cross the road 😉

This location is pretty cool. It's near a busy road so be careful when you enter the terain. You can get in the garden by climbing trough the gate. Getting in the house is really easy as every door is either open or gone.
The upstairs area is pretty empty and there is not much to see except for the bedroom where a few thing are left.
The real deal is in the basement where the swimming pool is located. This area is really nice and detailed.

De locatie was makkelijk binnen te komen over het hek bij de toegangspoort. Even aan de zijkant erover klimmen. Ligt wel aan een drukke weg. Of een geschikt moment afwachten of snel zijn.Eigenlijk maar een half huis. Maar wat er te zien was, was erg leuk. Je kunt er mooie foto's maken. Pas op voor de buren aan de achterkant en achter de carpoort. Al met al vonden wij het toch leuk om zoiets in Nederland te vinden.
