Eröffnet wurde das Schwimmbad 1974.Im Jahr 2010 wurde das Schwimmbad entgültig geschlossen, da die Dachkonstruktion rostet und einsturzgefährtet ist. Seit dem wartet das Schwimmbad auf seinen Abriss. Leider haben auch hier die Vandalen zugeschlagen.
