I didn't actually see any torpedo boats but the road going through this base translates to 'torpedo boat' :) I would never have known about this place if my Airbnb hosts hadn't directed me to it. There were several different buildings including a small housing complex and look out tower. I can't find any information about it on the internet so if anyone has been here and knows anything about it please let me know on Instagram @DMN2903. You can just walk right in and there were no other people about.
