This power plant used to power HFB and the coke plant nearby. There are many traces of vandalism but it's still a nice location, especially the control room.

It's a nice place for a short exploration (if you're into that). Unfortunately, the entire ground floor has been torched to hell and the control room (highlight of this trip) is badly vandalised..

Deze bij toeval gevonden, eerst eens een beetje gaan rondkijken en een paar dagen later terug gegaan voor te exploren, gezien bij het binnengaan en buitengaan geen problemen gehad...,is een zeer mooie locatie alleen jammer van het vandalisme..., hebben er een goeie 3 uur rondgelopen, ook de controlekamer is mooi, zeker een aanrader!

This one we entered more or less by accident. The city where this is located is stuffed with old abandoned industry, so it is very easy to get "lost". Heading for another location; trying to find an entrance, we crawled under the wrong fence and then just decided to sneak a peak. Well worth it, I must admit. The large hall is impressive, and although there is not so much machinery, the place has a spooky cold war atmosphere to it, in this lovely 70s steel blue meets brutalism type of way. We are so happy that we also managed to find the control room, as we didn't know what we were looking for.
On the first floor we crawled through a hole in the wall, under some god-knows-what metal constructions.
And there it was, literally looking like the operator just finished his shift and hung his helmet for the last time.

This is a location is not that difficult to find. Yet I knew nothing about this place until we got here. My brother stone showed me this place and also gave me a tour. It was not his first visit at this mighty spot.

This was once a power plant for the metal industry. There is still a lot of beauty to discover here. like the control room for example. The roof is also easily accessible.

Here we certainly had a good time. After the exploration we had a picnic on the roof and chilled for a while. Up here you also get a great view of the abandoned metal industries.

This is a power plant that powered some aspects of the ironworks, HFB, Cokerie...

Access is easy to find for someone who thinks logically. Probably there is some security level or days that the coppers do a raid, but I went two times already and did not have one problem.

Once you entered the place you will see some electrical generators and all that's needed to generate, convert and distribute across the city. It's completely trashed like every factory there sadly...

You can find a control room here that looks fairly nice different from the rest of the building.

The roof is easy accessable and a very good spot to chill and take a break. Very nice view up there.

This is something I recommend to the right people.

HFB ist ein bekannter Begriff, doch dieses Areal umfasst mehrere Gebäude. Und in einen dieser Gebäude, findet man diesen Kontrollraum.
