I've been here during my Scotland visit in 2018, i recently discovered this website so i'm currently uploading some of my old visits.

During our stay at Acharn in Scotland the owners of the airbnb we stayed in advised us to go to the abandoned Taymouth Castle located nearby. Upon arrival we noticed the castle itself was already in renovating status, hence the RIP since urbexing this place will not be possible anymore.

We were able to explore some of the backrooms of the castle, while the front of the castle was being renovated.
The castle itself has a major Golf terrain next to it, which was also deserted, including a stranded golfcart.

It looks like a nice renovation project, so if you are in to castles, it might still be a good sightseeing day.
