Somewhere in Belgium lies this abandoned swimming pool. It has a unique look and besides the well-known alarm systems used at a location, this one had a very special alarm system. Met behulp van onze drone konden we deze lost place localiseren. De toegang vergde wel wat klim- en kruipwerk, maar al bij al ging dat redelijk vlot.

Over de geschiedenis van dit zwembad kan ik niet veel vertellen, maar ik denk dat het een onderdeel was/is van het (nog bewoonde) kasteeltje dat ernaast staat.

Pool house zelf was -op een orgel na- leeg, maar het was wel een heel authentieke setting, zeker gezellig om eens te bezoeken bij mij weer.

De bar was jammer genoeg gesloten.
