La poca información que circula nos dice que la estancia "La Chica" fue construida el 16 de Septiembre de 1847 a pedido de Julio Pacheco Reinoso, para su mujer Marcelina Carreras, en un campo heredado por su padre, el General Angel Pacheco. Fue un centro social bastante concurrido hasta el fallecimiento de don Julio, su mujer decide verderla a la familia Estrugamou, quienes instalaron alli una escuela privada, que contaba con 15 alumnos. Estaba acompañada por dos instalaciones más, que ya fueron demolidas.

Actualmente se encuenta en estado de abandono.



The little information that circulates tells us that the estancia "La Chica" was built on September 16, 1847 at the request of Julio Pacheco Reinoso, for his wife Marcelina Carreras, in a field inherited by his father, General Angel Pacheco.
