Faite tout juste avant la grande vague de touriste. La première fois que j'avais été elle était fermée complètement, la deuxième c'était ouvert mais ça avait quand même beaucoup bougé. C'était beau dans l'ensemble. L'histoire du lieu se trouve dans le lien ci-dessous.

Deze locatie is te vinden in het midden van een druk dorp. Vanbinnen is het groter dan je vanaf te buitenkant zou zeggen. Er liggen nog veel documenten en er staan nog heel veel meubels. Er is wel veel rommel, maar het blijft nog altijd mooi.

After we visited other locations we decided to take a quick stop at this one, I've looked at the pictures online and I was really impressed by the dining table.

Arrived, this was luckly still intact howhever a lot of the rooms where trashed... which is kinda sad.
You can stil take good pictures in the building but upstairs is where it is really ruined... it even had new cans of drinks on the beds, so peoples visit this place to drink and leave their stuff behind...

It's worth it if you're nearby, but don't make a huge drive for it

You must be really quite and watch out your step.
Not because it's dangerous inside but everyone can see you trough the windows.
Because this villa is near a busy road/centrum.

But this villa is amazing, it has a lot of beautifull spots. The dining room is amazing but the entree hall to. So much to see.

Hele mooie locatie met nog tal van authentieke elementen.

Voorzichtig, want het bevindt zich in het midden van de dorpskern en er is veel beweging rondom.

Een prachtig bemeubeld huis, waarbij je eerst denkt dat het niet zo gigantisch is, maar eenmaal binnen lijkt het wel een chateau! Ik vond het een prachtige locatie om te fotograferen met veel details. Je kan er rustig aan doen.

Dit vrij centraal gelegen herenhuis is vroeger van een Burgemeester geweest. Toen ik aan kwam kon ik eenvoudig naar binnen, wel opletten je loopt eventjes in het zicht. Eenmaal binnen in 1 woord: Wauw! De gang met de sjieke ornamenten, wel wat decay. De prachtige eetkamer met zijn mooie gedekte tafel en het zonlicht door de glas in loodramen is werkelijk schitterend! Hiernaast nog een eetkamer. Nog veel persoonlijke documenten en spulletjes aanwezig. Boven is het wel overhoop gehaald en er slapen ook mensen 's nachts. Veel flesjes en volle asbakken, houd hier wel rekening mee! Hoop dat dit prachtige huis snel weer bewoond mag worden!

Deze locatie was een tijd geleden een ontzettende hype, het ligt vrij centraal gelegen.Toen we aankwamen was de ingang vrij duidelijk te vinden, hier binnenkomen ging vrij gemakkelijk. Ondanks dat deze locatie bij vele al bekend is, ziet het er nog prachtig uit, vrijwel geen vandalisme te bekennen.
Wat ik echt een uniek stuk vond is de prachtige waterkraan wat zich in de keuken bevind. Wel lijkt het erop dat in een van de bovenste kamers mensen hebben geslapen, hier liggen dan ook allemaal matrassen, lege flesjes en meer rotzooi. Houd daar rekening mee mocht je deze locatie bezoeken. De eetkamer is echt prachtig om te zien. Prachtige locatie!

This location was all the hype some time ago, it is quite centrally located, when we arrived the entrance was quite clear, getting in here was quite easy. Despite the fact that this location is already known to many, it still looks beautiful, virtually no vandalism to be seen. What I found a really unique piece is the beautiful water tap which is located in the kitchen. It does seem that people have slept in one of the upper rooms, here are all mattresses, empty bottles and more rubbish. Keep this in mind if you visit this location. The dining room is really beautiful to see. Beautiful location!

In de directe nabijheid is er een drukke spot. Eens je hier voorbij bent, ben je uit het zicht en kan je genieten van deze mysterieuze plek. De villa is erg groot en er staat nog bijna alles in! Jammer vond ik, dat er zoals bij vele locaties, alles in scène gezet is.
Maar dit is echt een toplactie voor foto's te nemen.
Op de bovenverdieping word wel regelmatig geslapen/ gebruikt en het stinkt er naar sigaretten. Opletten dus.

Perfecte locatie. Bijna alles was nog intact. Ik vond het vinden van de locatie moeilijk, dit kan verklaren waarom het zo een mooie locatie is. Die uren zoeken zijn zeker de moeite waard. Triestig om te zien dat zo een mooi huis en zoveel mooie meubels achtergelaten worden.
Binnengaan kan gemakkelijk maar wij werden gezien bij het uitkomen, dicht bij een drukke spot. Twee mensen kwamen naar binnen toen wij net aan het boven verdiep wouden beginnen. Gelukkig hadden we het beste deel al gedaan want ze maakten veel lawaai.
We hebben genoten van deze locatie.

Geweldige locatie ! Er staat nog alles in.
Veel kans om gezien te worden aangezien het huisje aan de drukke straat ligt.

Downstairs a beauty , upstairs a mess.
Lots of lovely furniture en details.
In the attic there are some old toys.

Dit weekend besloten we eropuit te trekken en we hadden al reeds enige tijd Maison Annabelle op ons lijstje. Door een tip van een andere urbexer hadden we deze locatie gevonden. Bij aankomst werd het ons al snel duidelijk dat we niet lang moesten zoeken naar een ingang. Eenmaal binnen beseften we meteen wat voor een pracht van een gebouw dit is. Al snel merkten we ook dat er nog fotografen aanwezig waren. Zij bevonden zich net in de mooiste kamer van het gebouw dus besloten we de rest van het gebouw te verkennen. Hier en daar troffen we enkele vernielingen aan en was het duidelijk dat er mensen in overnacht hebben en/ of alcohol en drugs genuttigd hebben. Gelukkig enkel te merken in de bovenste kamers. Ook de zolderkamer is iets speciaals om te zien. Toen de andere bezoekers weg waren was het onze beurt om de mooiste kamer (eetkamer) te betreden. Echt prachtig om dit te zien. Enkel wel jammer dat dit zo donker is maar heel mooi om te zien dat de tafel gedekt is en alles zo mooi is achtergelaten.
Desondanks dit een bekend gebouw is voor zowel urbexers als vandalen is een bezoek zeker de moeite waard!

L’histoire de cette maison est assez nébuleuse. La seule chose que je peux vous affirmer est que l’ancienne propriétaire est décédée en 2004.

Ce « spot » est un lieux connu des urbexeurs et on peut voir beaucoup d’explorations dans cette maison sur Internet (Vidéos et photos).

Elle est située dans un centre ville, assez fréquenté, donc j’ai choisi de m’y rendre très tôt le matin pour ne pas inquiéter, ni déranger le voisinage.

Je découvre une maison qui a dû être très cossue pour son époque. La salle à manger a visiblement été « mise en scène » par d’autres visiteurs, car j’ai vu d’autres explorations sur le net, où cette table était encore propre et sans être dressée.

Cette maison a dû être à la pointe du confort de l’époque, avec du marbre à l’entrée, meubles en bois massif, haut plafonds, et boiseries sur les murs. Sans parler d’une vaisselle coquette pour l’époque aussi.

Quoi qu’il en soit, une très belle découverte !

Maison Annabelle is a very good place to visit if you want some cleaner pictures. The windows,the stair,the hal,dinner room etc... its near a place where you are very easy to see, so you got to be fast. When inside nobody can see you unless other urbexers. Grts

This location is an urbex must see. If you don’t know what you are looking for, you would pass this one without even realizing you just passed a piece of history where time appears to stand still. If you are in to setting up your own room and tell your own story this is the place for you. There are loads of items you can use to set up your vision as long as you remember to put it all back in to place when you are done. Getting in is a bit risky, you have to wait for the exact moment to rush in like a predator stalking it’s prey.
If you manage to get in unseen, the reward outweighs the risk and you are in for a treat. Overall this is an urbex dream and surely worth a visit!

De locatie is makkelijk toegankelijk maar je valt wel erg op als je richting de woning vertoeft.
Gelukkig gaf de volgroeide tuin een hoop beschutting waardoor we snel uit het zicht waren.
Een mooie locatie met veel bijzondere details. Het is een luxe, mooi afgewerkte woning waar vroeger een burgemeester gewoond heeft. Wat wel heel bijzonder is, is dat er nog elektriciteit is en sommige lampen het gewoon nog doen. Er staan hier en daar ook nog wat persoonlijke items. Van vandalisme is hier gelukkig nog geen sprake, wel een rommeltje op sommige plekjes. Geen idee hoelang deze plek nog 'onaangetast' en/of toegankelijk blijft.. Al met al een toplocatie, waar er maar weinig van zijn in deze staat.
