☢️ DO NOT RESURRECT. ROLL INTO THE ROAD!
Fragments Of the Inter-Collective Kerch Glass Factory (MKSK "Quartz"). 1976.

A vivid example of the fall of an industrial giant and the preparation of his corpse for the benefit of the ambitions of the new grandees.
By 1980, the Kerch Glass Factory was the largest glass production in the territory of the Ukrainian SSR, dynamically and confidently went to a bright future, providing people with work, housing and all the conditions necessary for the life of a Soviet person. The social policy of the enterprise is striking - every year the plant handed over a new 9-storey building for employees, for them there were: a boarding house, a pioneer camp, two dormitories, a kindergarten "Crystal", a club of young technicians "Quartz", a hotel, 2 canteens, a restaurant, 3 bars and a shopping and food complex, sewing production, boat cooperative and tourist club.
Motherfucker! I already want to live! To live and work, because everything was created for this.

What did the plant produce?
Since the life and function of the combine was directly connected with collective farms, its products were exclusively for household needs - cans for sunsets and other food, as well as decorative products.

What happened?
I think it's not necessary to explain for a long time. In certain years, collective farms died, and if there are no collective farms, there is no demand for banks, there is no production, there is no factory.
Let's roll the corpse of the legacy into the asphalt!

Until 2014, the mothballed plant was assessed as capable of reclamation and revival. However, after '14, it was very fucking necessary to build a Crimea bridge... That's where all the "gold" that was hidden in the womb of the MKSK came in handy. The bridge was built, completely gutting the factory. Today we seem to be the last to look at its remains, because it is being crushed mercilessly 24/7 because it is necessary to finish the Tavrida highway🤷

Walls in roads, steele in bumpers, pipes for sprinkling curbs. Rest in peace✝️
