The Trophy Hunter Mansion got famous due to a viral Video that published in the Summer of 2019.
Early 2020 I had the chance to check it out myself, several months and 1Million Clicks later.

a little History:
It was first historicaly mentioned in the 1300's and changed Ownership several Times.
For some time parts of it were even used as a Monestry, the chapel propably dates back to that time.

Apparently it was abandoned one Part after the other with various calanders hanging in diffrent parts of the building dating back from the 80s to 2012.

I recorded a Before and After Video to showcase the Problems with Viral locations
and talk about the Ethics of Sharing Information in this space.

Die Trophy Hunter Mansion wurde durch ein virales Video bekannt das im Sommer 2019 erschien.
Anfang 2020 hatte ich die chance es selbst auszuchecken, mehrere Monate und 1ne Million Clicks später.

ein bisschen Geschichte:
Erstmalig historisch erwähnt wurde es im 14ten Jahrhundert. Über seine knapp 700 Jahre überlebte es verschiedenste Besitzer.
Unter Anderem wurde es eine Zeit lang als Kloster verwendet, die Kapelle stammt vermutlich noch aus dieser Zeit.

Scheinbar wurde das Gebäude schrittweise verlassen, die Kalender die in verschiedensten Räumen hängen zeigen alle möglichen Jahreszahlen von 1980 - 2012 an.

Ich habe ein kleines Vorher - Nachher Video gedreht um die Probleme aufzuzeigen die mit einer Viralen Location kommen und um ethische Gedanken zu teilen die man sich als Urbex Videographer macht.
