A former secret Soviet radar station and settlement for it's workers. When I arrived it was actually open to visitors for a small fee so no sneaking in!! The military were in the process of training and there were several explosions and lots of gunfire!! This was a few years ago but it's now permanently closed hence the rating of 'hard' for access. I'm not really sure about the risk of being seen.
