Wat een prachtige locatie met veel mooi verval. Een mooie plek om te fotograferen! Het was even zoeken naar de ingang. We gingen voor de loods en bij toeval ook het huis kunnen doen wat vooraan het terrein staat.

Usine Justice, ein Ort den ich schon seit so ewiger Zeit plante zu besuchen, jedoch durch berechtigte Hemmungen immer wieder verschoben hatte. Denn wie der Locationname schon verrät, ist der Besitzer jemand mit dem man sich besser nicht anlegen sollte. Die Geschichte über diesen Ort lautet wie folgt, diese Fabrik gehörte einst einem Fahrzeugsammler, der aber schon im recht frühen Alter verstarb. Ab diesem Punkt erbte der Bruder dieses verstorbenen Mannes sowohl die Fabrik, als auch den kompletten Inhalt des Objektes, somit alle Fahrzeuge. Dieser Mann war jedoch nicht einfach irgendjemand, sondern der Richter am Landesgericht von diesem Ort und als wäre dass nicht schon alles schlimm genug, wohnt Jener auch noch direkt am Eingang zu dieser Usine. Wie man schon ahnen kann, konnte dieser Richter mit seinem Erbe rein gar nichts anfangen und so ließ Er es über die Jahre immer weiter verkommen, bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt. Über die Jahre hinweg ist immer mehr auf natürlichem Wege zusammengebrochen oder eingestürzt, aber auch der Vandalismus und die Zerstörungswut, fingen an sich auszubreiten. Aus diesem Grunde wachte nun der Richter über diesen Ort und besuchte ihn sogar gelegentlich und konnte es kaum erwarten einen in die Finger zu bekommen, der sich auf sein Gelände schlich. Genau dies machte diese Sache für mich so kompliziert wie gefährlich und brauchte einiges an Mut zur Überwindung, um heimlich und unbemerkt, auf dieses höchst spannende und aufregende Gelände zu gelangen, natürlich mit der wahnsinnig großen Hoffnung, keinesfalls erwischt zu werden.
Tja wie startet man das Abenteuer bei einer doch so riskanten Sache jetzt. Um ganz ehrlich zu sein wusste ich das selber nicht und so probierte ich mein Glück ohne mich wie sonst immer über den Einstieg der Location zu informieren. Das Gelände selber wirkt aus der Luft auf jeden Fall sehr auffällig, jedoch sieht beziehungsweise nimmt man es beim vorbeilaufen gar nicht wahr. Tatsächlich ist es von der Straße aus gar nicht sichtbar und wird daher auch gar nicht beachtet. Trotzdem befindet sich diese enorme verlassene Fabrik direkt im Kernzentrum der Stadt. Es ist kaum vorstellbar, wie groß dieser Block in mitten von Wohnhäusern eingesperrt und umzingelt doch ist. Auch ich lief einmal um diesen Wohnblock herum, als ich verzweifelt nach einem gescheiten und unauffälligen Eingang suchte. Es dauerte nicht lange da dachte ich dass ich einen geheimen Weg in einer Gasse zwischen den Wohnhäusern gefunden hatte, doch dieser Weg beinhaltete, dass ich mich durch Privatgärten hätte hindurchschleichen müssen und somit brach ich diesen Versuch ab. Nachdem ich nun fast einmal den kompletten Straßenblock abgelaufen bin und kurz davor war wieder am Startpunkt herauszukommen erblickte ich eine Art von Parkplatz bei dem im Hintergrund ein ziemlich verbogener und teilweise aufgerissener Gitterzaun fast wie eine Art von Einladung bot. Kaum zu Glauben doch das war tatsächlich der ziemlich einfache und unkomplizierte Eingang in die Usine Justice. Hätte ich das doch nur vorher schon gewusst, dann hätte ich mir die viele Suche und den darauf vollgenden Ärger ersparen können.
Anfangs dachte ich bei dem Namen Usine Justice, dass es sich bei dieser Location um eine alte Fabrik handelte, in der von der Justiz beschlagnahmte Fahrzeuge untergestellt wurden. Denn auf den ersten Moment ist es schon fragwürdig, wieso alle diese diversen Fahrzeuge dort abgestellt wurden. Denn man findet ja nicht nur Autos im Inneren, sondern ebenfalls einige Lieferwagen und vorallem, ein paar Lienienbusse. Wenn man es jedoch soweit schafft und im inneren der Fabrik steht, kommt man sich beinahe so vor, wie in einem Kriegsszenario. Wenn man die inzwischen fast eingestürzte Fabrikdecke unter die Lupe nimmt, könnte man fast vermuten, dass vor kurzer Zeit erst mehrere Fliegerbomben diese Einschäge hervorgerufen haben. Doch es waren keine Fliegerbomben die das Dach haben einstürzen lassen, sondern ganz einfach der Zahn der Zeit und der dazugehörige Verfall. Im Prinzip ist es ab jetzt sowieso egal, ob der Besitzer nun ein Anwalt oder doch ein Richter ist und ebenfalls ist es unwichtig geworden, ob er nun am Eingang der Fabrik wohnte oder eben nicht, denn diese Fabrik wurde wohl durch den letzteren Besitzer inzwischen verkauft und räumt somit den Platz für ein neues Wohngebiet. Damit ist die Usine Justice nur noch eine verlassene Fabrik von kurzer Dauer, die in geraumer Zeit bedauerlicherweise wohl zum Abriss aufgerufen wird. Während meines Besuches waren ebenfalls andere Urbexer aus Holland auf diesem Gelände die mir diese Befürchtung auch bestätigen konnten, denn auch Ihnen war bereits ein Abrissdatum vor nicht all zu geraumer Zeit erzählt worden.

un endroit très beaux, bien conservé des tags malgré l’âge des voitures qui y sont, nous étions deux et nous avons croisé deux personnes qui l’explorais également pendant notre visite, j’y allais principalement pour le bus et finalement tout l’endroit en vaux la peine.

I finally visited this location after a spotting last september.
I don't understand why everybody says it's very easy to get seen or caught, because I saw two different entrances at both sides of the estate that are very easy to access, you just have of course to wait the right moment but it took me 5 minutes waiting time so very nice.
All the cars are still there, their condition is getting worse from year to year as every Urbex spot but except the Rover they are not graphed so it's still cool to take pictures of them.
I spent one hour on my own there this afternoon, I would just recommend not to go there when the sun is shining if you want to take good pictures because since the roof is falling apart the light of the sun was ruining the picture every time ahah.

our first urbex trip to belgium!
it started with usine justice!
it was amazing to see the vehicles, they are stored in a former textile factory that closed years ago,
it was not easy to find the entrance we searched for over 30 minutes... but it was worth it! we spend about 2 hours in there not knowing that the brother of the owner was on the terrain, he protects the terrain from vandals and thiefs! we didnt got caught!
it was an amazing place to start urbex in belgium!

Usine Justice, een toplocatie als je mij vraagt.. de ingang is zeer makkelijk in tegen stelling wat velen zeggen. De loods zit boordevol mooie wagens waarop er veel verval te zien is, deze plek is heel goed om foto's te maken als je into auto's bent.
Er is ook amper vandalisme te merken, toch niet aan de wagens bijna.
De locatie is wel niet super groot maar voor wat het is, is het zeker meer dan de moeite!

This is a location that has long been on the list. I was rather put off by the stories going around about this location. A lawyer lives on the driveway. That story is true. We spotted his house. But now we just went for it.
In the end, getting in wasn't that difficult and we got back out without a problem.
This is a beautiful location. There are cars, buses, machines and more trash with beautiful decay. Green and rust together in a harmony of other colors. This is a top location for photos!

Last week I visited this place with my brotherstone.
He guided me to this place calles Usine Justice. Apparently there is a lawyer living at the entrance of this spot, who makes it very hard for urbexers. But we did not cross his path this time.
Maybe some luck, maybe we got skills. What matters is we got in safely and there is place enough to hide if someone comes looking for you.
When you enter you see something like ten cars and busses scattered all over the place. Some still have interior, some still have windows. It's a place where they store damaged and old, rusty cars.
I fear I do not know why the factory has been build and what service it provided.
But now I know, this is a good place to see some really old cars and other vehicles.
It's a little time capsule, and I am glad my friend showed me this spot.
One to revisit someday ☺️

Het was weer een heerlijke ochtend om een dagje op pad te gaan samen met een vriend van mij. Deze locatie is opzich al een oude bekende en stond al tijd hoog op mijn lijstje. Verschillende verhalen hier over gehoord dat de ingang wel of niet dicht was maar we hebben het er op gewaagd. Gearriveerd op de locatie zagen we al gauw een weg naar binnen zonder gezien te worden. Bij binnenkomst schrokken wij ons eerst dood want we hoorde geluid binnen maar gelukkig waren dit andere urbexers haha. Altijd leuk om mede urbexers te treffen op locatie die ook foto's aan het maken waren. Heerlijke decay hier binnen om toffe foto's te schieten! Uiteraard moesten wij hier ook even foto schieten in de urbex bus.. so guys the urbex bus is leaving! geniet van de foto's.

De bus is zeker de moeite om al eens te gaan bekijken. Je kan ook gemakkelijk in de bus en deze brengt je terug naat een andere tijd. Tip: let in de bus op het plaatje: 'niet spuwen'. Mij leek dit vrij logisch in een bus...
Je kan er nog enkele mooie plaatjes schieten maar toegegeven het is behoorlijk getrasht.
