The resort was established in 1901 in the Catskill Mountain range in the state of New York. Although it was established in 1901, the style of the resort reflects the 1920s and 1930s. Many additions were added to this location throughout the years of 1950s and 1960s. The resort was a popular destination at its height. It offered many activities for those who made it their destination. It included an 18-hole golf course, a 9-hole golf course, ski slope, outdoor and indoor pools, ski rental, outdoor ice skating rink, indoor entertainment, plus much more. Unfortunately the resort became obsolete and business declined as well as the care and condition of the buildings. Currently in 2020 it sits trapped in time, some rooms just as they were when it first opened. Rumor has it, it was sold and will soon be demolished for a new sports complex to take its place.

Hiking down the ski slopes, the resort welcomingly emerges, begging for explorers to take a peak inside.
This place seems like quite the tourist attraction these days, as you will most likely not find yourself alone.
Climb to the top of the tallest building for a surprise!
